Kimpton De Witt is the first European boutique hotel for the US Kimpton hotel chain. Located in two classic 17th century buildings adjoined by a chic lobby, the hotel has a minimalist yet elegant contemporary art décor design and is home to one of Amsterdam’s finest bars!
Where?
Located a short work from Amsterdam Central Station, the hotel is the perfect location transport wise. A 6-minute walk to the picturesque canals and a 10-minute tram ride to great museums such as Rijksmuseum, Stedelijik Museum and Moco Museum.

Amenities?
Kimpton De Witt has a fairly well equip fitness centre and also provides complimentary Van Moof bikes to guests (subject to availability). Staff are extremely friendly and have plenty of information to share on the best things to do in the city!
Food and Drink?
The newly opened Super Lyan is a chic neighbourhood bar, serving brunch and bites during the day and killer cocktails at night. Sister to London’s very own Dandelyan Bar, this neon eccentric bar is delicious fun, and promises a good time!
Kimpton De Witt is also home to the Wyers restaurant. Wyers has a very casual setting, serving up the best of American comfort food fused with some classic Dutch ingredients. The restaurant also has a good selection of wines and craft beers.

#FLODown: The major selling point of the hotel is it’s perfect location. There are great transport links to get to the airport and attractions such as galleries and museums. Second to that, it is a beautifully designed hotel, with exceptionally helpful staff and with the newly opened Super Lyan Bar we highly recommend a stay.
