AllBright's roof terrace transformed into 'Casa del Paraiso' for a Tulum-inspired experience

AllBright, a members’ club and digital global collective for ambitious women, has undergone a Tulum-inspired transformation this summer at its Mayfair townhouse. The highly sought-after rooftop terrace has been transformed into 'Casa del Paraiso' with the arrival of Pimentae, a premium tequila cocktail brand. 'Casa del Paraiso' forms a part of AllBright's 'Live Well' series, a summer-wide program designed to help professional women find balance in their work-life routines. We ventured to AllBright's rooftop terrace, to immerse ourselves in the full Tulum experience, enjoying Mexican-inspired cocktails and regional food at one of Mayfair's hidden gems.
Pimentae's residential summer pop-up at AllBright marks its first venture in the capital, following its success across the UK festival and London bar scene. AllBright's sun-drenched terrace on the fourth floor provides the perfect backdrop for a Mexican inspired lunch, adorned with beautiful overhanging rattan lampshades, relaxed beach-style seating in natural tones, lush greenery, mini cacti tablescaping, and a bespoke rustic 'chiringuito', all contributing to a truly Mexican-inspired atmosphere.

We were treated to an exquisite assortment of Pimentae's meticulously crafted pre-mixed cocktails. The menu entices with their flagship Spicy Margarita, a unique blend of tequila, lime, and Jalapeños, delivering a fiery yet balanced kick. Our personal favourite, The Eclipse, features an invigorating blend of tequila, cucumber, elderflower, and mint, offering a refreshing combination of flavours. The Tommy's Margarita, featuring tequila, lime, and agave, stood as a timeless classic, while the inventive Mexican Mule, infused with the zest of ginger beer, emerged as a bold and spirited creation by the talented and equally welcoming AllBright team. For those seeking non-alcoholic alternatives, the tantalising Jungle Fever beckoned with its tasty fusion of cedar's, elderflower, and lemonade, promising a refreshing and satisfying experience.

To round off our Tulum experience, we indulged in some of their small plates, including the refreshing sea bream ceviche and the mouthwatering chicken tacos with roasted aubergine. We also couldn't resist the succulent king prawn tacos, perfectly complemented by shredded cabbage and topped with what we believe to be some of the finest guacamole in all of London. In addition to these tasty options, their à la carte menu boasts an enticing selection of seasonal summer favourites. And for those who want to delve even further into the Mexican ambiance, non-members can revel in the Paradiso Brunch on Saturdays, an exclusive culinary affair meticulously crafted to capture the essence of Mexico.
