The lab incorporates five sensory experiences, such as films, sculptures, scents, and percussion instruments, designed by multidisciplinary artists and based on Buddhist principles. This initiative empowers individuals to manage emotions and gain wisdom for a calmer, more connected life. It bridges traditional tantric traditions with contemporary expression in an accessible and playful manner, focusing on self-awareness and understanding of others.

#FLODown: Greenwich Peninsula collaborates with graphic artist Murugiah to present Rangoli Mirrored Cosmos for the London Design Festival and in celebration of Diwali. This immersive artwork is inspired by traditional Rangoli art and offers a contemporary interpretation of a Mandala Rangoli. The piece represents the interconnectedness of existence, resembling a vivid three-dimensional sculpture mirroring the cosmos and our place within it. Murugiah, an award-winning artist with Sri Lankan heritage, highlights the beauty and fleeting nature of life through this vibrant installation, inviting viewers to appreciate the joy and colour in life's transient moments amid the bustling city of London.

#FLODown: Studio Amwell, a new artist-run space in Clerkenwell, is set to open its doors with the inaugural exhibition, Under the Influence: Staying Sane with Titian, Cezanne, El Greco. Led by Laura Jacobs, the exhibition features works from five artists who united during the early days of the pandemic. They interpreted classical art and integrated these influences into their contemporary pieces. The show embraces various artistic styles and media, fostering artistic dialogue across centuries.
