Le Cordon Bleu celebrates 130 years with a series of exclusive short courses

In honour of its 130th anniversary, Le Cordon Bleu London is marking the occasion with a fittingly elegant initiative: 130 Years, 130 Minutes, £130. This series of exclusive short courses invites food lovers to master iconic dishes that reflect the institution’s rich legacy and ongoing innovation. Established in Paris in 1895, Le Cordon Bleu has long stood at the forefront of culinary and hospitality education. The London campus is offering four specially curated classes throughout 2025, each one reflecting a pivotal chapter in the school’s history while embracing modern techniques and global flavours. Whether it is reimagining the classic Pineapple Tarte Tatin or perfecting a seasonal Black Cherry Soufflé, these experiences are open to all skill levels and promise hands on learning in a professional kitchen environment, along with a delicious dish to take home.

Each anniversary course lasts precisely 130 minutes and costs £130, making them not only a celebration of heritage but also an accessible entry point into the artistry of French cuisine. The lineup includes the Coronation Chicken Masterclass (11 March), Black Cherry Soufflé with Fig Leaf Ice Cream (5 June), Duck à l’Orange (3 September), and a Pineapple Tarte Tatin Workshop (25 November).
