Le Cordon Bleu launches Cordon Vert® for plant-based courses in London

Le Cordon Bleu London has announced the launch of Cordon Vert® plant-based short courses for 2026, bringing its world-renowned culinary expertise firmly into the realm of modern plant-based gastronomy. While the institute has offered vegetarian and plant-based classes for several years, the expansion of the Cordon Vert® series significantly broadens its London portfolio. As a registered trademark of Le Cordon Bleu International, Cordon Vert® reflects the school’s commitment to excellence, innovation and professional technique within plant-based cooking.

Designed for both aspiring professionals and passionate home cooks, the new short courses cover a wide range of plant-based cuisine and pâtisserie skills. Delivered in Le Cordon Bleu’s state-of-the-art kitchens at its Bloomsbury and Fleet Street campuses, the 2026 programme includes full-day workshops on creative vegetables, wholesome grains, gluten-free baking, plant-based macarons and refined pâtisserie such as roulades, tarts and chocolate work. Prices range from £210 to £275 per person, with select dates running throughout the year, alongside a Bake & Dine plant-based breakfast baking experience that concludes with dining at CORD restaurant.

Cordon Vert® courses were first introduced at Le Cordon Bleu campuses worldwide, including Paris, São Paulo and Ottawa. The London launch builds on this international success, showcasing how classical French techniques can be reimagined using fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, seeds and pulses, without compromising on flavour, texture or presentation.
