Your guide to Six Nations 2026 match-day spots in London

With Six Nations 2026 starting on 5 February, London is packed with pubs, bars and restaurants showing every match, from lively screens at The Broadcaster and Flat Iron Square to exclusive events with rugby legends at The Hound and The Audley. The Broadcaster and The Lighterman  

The Six Nations starts on Thursday the 5th February and fans are going to want to find standout spots to gather and enjoy the games. The Broadcaster, White City works a treat, and anyone not interested can pop over to Westfields opposite for a spot of shopping. Likewise The Lighterman, canal-side pub on  Granary Square  Spread over three floors with terraces and waterside views, there’s plenty of room to relax, mingle and catch a game.

Flat Iron Square (Borough)

If you don’t want to steer yourself too far from good food Flat Iron Square near Borough Market might be where you want to station yourself for kick off during the Six Nations.

The Cadogan Arms  - One burger, Six Nations!

The Cadogan Arms has created a burger available only on match days. The Six Nations Burger days is stacked with a beef patty (England), Caerphilly rarebit (Wales), Guinness onions (Ireland), crispy haggis crumb (Scotland) and pancetta (Italy), all in a brioche bun (France) served with fries.

The Hound (Chiswick)

The Hound is not only showing all the Six Nations matches but on Wednesday 4th March have organised an exclusive evening with rugby legends Ugo Monye, Anthony Watson and Jonathan Joseph. Guests will enjoy an exclusive three-course menu created especially for the occasion, served alongside discussion, stories from on and off the pitch, and a Q&A with the hosts. The event will take place in The Hound’s spacious yet cosy covered outdoor courtyard, providing a relaxed setting for an evening of great food and rugby conversation. Booking advised.

The Elgin (Notting Hill)

A well-liked local pub on Ladbroke Grove known for showing live sports including rugby on multiple screens. It’s one of the main spots in the area to catch big fixtures like Six Nations with a lively crowd and hearty pub food. The interiors are a bit of a looker and the food is good too, just in case you have a less interested partner being dragged along with you.

The Audley Public House (Mayfair)

Keeping it posh at the Audley Public House where they will be showing every Six Nations Championship match. Founders of the renowned Hauser & Wirth Galleries opened this impressive Victorian pub filled with art and an eclectic mosaic ceiling by artist Phylida Barlow back in 2022. On the 11th March you can join rugby legends Andy Goode and Jim Hamilton of The Rugby Pod, live at The Audley on Wednesday 11 March (with a very special guest to be announced soon).

Guinness Open Gate Brewery (Covent Garden)

Guinness Open Gate Brewery London is celebrating the return of the Guinness Men’s Six Nations with a special fan experience, In Conversation With: England Rugby. Hosted by former England international Shaunagh Brown in the brewery’s Guinness Vaults event space in Covent Garden on Sunday 1st March, from 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm, the event offers rugby fans a rare chance to hear directly from a panel of key members of this year’s England squad during an interactive Q&A, with opportunities for the audience to ask their own questions. As Title Partner of the Championship, Guinness is bringing fans closer to some of the biggest names in the game, while guests can also enjoy a live DJ set, handmade pies from renowned chef Calum Franklin, and a pint of Guinness or one of the brewery’s rotating limited-edition craft brews.

Two More Beers on Upper Street, Angel will be showing every match of Six Nations 2026from Thursday 5 February to Saturday 14 March. Guests who book in advance can enjoy a three-course Six Nations set menu featuring starters such as Apulian burrata, salty mackerel and vitello tonnato, mains including hake fillet, pork chop or barley mushroom risotto, and desserts like choco crémeux, fruit crumble and ice creams.
