Good Fit to launch in March at Battersea Power Station
Battersea Power Station will host Good Fit, a month-long event featuring workouts, mindfulness sessions, expert talks, and wellness experiences.

Battersea Power Station is set to host Good Fit, an exciting month-long fitness and wellness event from 10 March to 6 April 2025. Designed to inspire joy and empowerment through movement, the event will feature a mix of free and ticketed activities, including high-energy workouts, mindfulness sessions, and expert-led panel discussions. With a strong lineup of fitness and athleisure brands such as Third Space, Boom Cycle, Be Military Fit, and Rocket Padel, as well as major names like adidas, lululemon, and Nike, attendees will have the chance to discover new ways to stay active and prioritise their well-being.

The programme includes unique experiences such as ‘Stomp & Talk’ with Dr Alex George, where participants will take a guided walk through Battersea Park before joining an intimate discussion on mental fitness. Fitness enthusiasts can also take part in a Sky High Reset EFT Tapping Workshop at Lift 109, Sunset HIIT sessions on The Coaling Jetty with Third Space, and an outdoor Hyrox-style bootcamp with Be Military Fit. For a one-of-a-kind experience, Boom Cycle will host the first-ever spin class inside the historic Power Station, complete with a live DJ, while Rocket Padel’s ‘Core & Court’ event will combine Pilates with padel for a dynamic and engaging workout.
Beyond fitness, Good Fit will feature wellness talks and self-care experiences. Biowell Healthwill lead expert discussions on sleep optimisation and metabolic health, while Kiehl’s and Aesop will offer masterclasses on skincare and beauty routines that complement an active lifestyle. Visitors can also explore alternative wellness activities such as MALIN+GOETZ’s scent readings and a collagen-infused coffee pop-up by Nespresso. Families can get involved too, with the Peppa Pig store hosting fun fitness-themed activities for children.

Good Fit offers a unique opportunity for Londoners to explore new ways to move, recharge, and connect in one of the city’s most vibrant destinations. For post-session refuelling, Battersea Power Station is home to over 50 cafés, bars, and restaurants, including NOCI, JOIA, Tashas, and Arcade Food Hall.
