#FLODown: Newly opened this year Noreen is one to watch. The interiors ooze organic charm and the food is scrumptious. The kitchen is led by Head Chef Mehdi Hani who previously worked at The Dorchester and as Head Chef at Harrods. His menu showcases some of his favourite Middle Eastern dishes, drawing on his Syrian Lebanese heritage. After eight years building a loyal following in Peckham and Nunhead, husband-and-wife team Amy Corbin and Patrick Williams have opened Kudu in Marylebone. #FLODown: Hot off the press: Oranj is launching as a full-time restaurant from mid-October, featuring its first permanent menu under new Culinary Director Yuto Fujimoto. Hailing from Hokkaido, Japan, Fujimoto brings experience from Tokyo’s two-Michelin-star Maz, Copenhagen’s two-Michelin-star Kadeau, and Paris’s Aux Deux Amis. The menu debuts on Tuesday 14th October. This month, they’ve launched a spectacular autumn menu featuring ingredients sourced from Berkshire, offering diners a true farm-to-table experience. The food is served from the heart, with clean, delicious flavours. The Frena bread, a perfect cross between a croissant and a brioche, is a must-try. #FLODown: New on the scene this year, Trullo, the acclaimed Highbury Italian trattoria, brings its rustic charm to Frieze Masters. The pop-up menu features hand-dived Salcombe Bay scallops, zucchini fritti with millefiori honey, fresh pasta like pappardelle with beef shin ragu and tagliarini with Dorset crab, plus grilled classics such as osso buco with saffron polenta. Desserts include Trullo’s much-loved tiramisu, alongside curated Italian wines and signature cocktails, including the Negroni.

#FLODown: Ham Yard returns to Frieze Masters for its fourth consecutive year, presenting a vibrant seasonal pop-up that combines bold modern European cuisine with creative cocktails. Set amidst iconic pre-2000 artworks from over 130 leading galleries, the menu celebrates late-harvest produce with dishes such as devilled eggs with black truffle, roasted pumpkin and sprouting broccoli salad, and handmade potato gnocchi with girolles and sheep’s cheese. The bar introduces Liquid Art, a new cocktail menu inspired by the hotel’s renowned art collection, featuring nine inventive drinks. Their beloved cake trolley returns, and on Sunday, a traditional roast with all the trimmings will be served. Designed by Kit Kemp, the restaurant offers a colourful oasis providing respite within the bustling fair.
