Facilities & Design
Originally built in 1780, NOFO Hotel has seen various transformations, from brewery to hospital, before becoming the charming hotel it is today. With 109 rooms, each boasting a unique theme, guests can select from a range of designs inspired by cities and regions worldwide. The Scandinavian inspired room showcases timeless Danish and Swedish classics, while the Uptown Classics room is modelled on modern luxury reminiscent of iconic locations like The Upper East Side in New York. They also have rooms that will transport you to a 19th-century Parisian neighbourhood, or to Industrial Vintage while offering a raw and stripped aesthetic.

During our stay, we were in the Soho room, which was a beautifully spacious room complete with wallpaper and artwork dedicated to the city, referencing London staples like the Pearly King and Queens, Wimbledon, Tate, and Borough Market, a welcome reminder of home. The real show-stopper for us was the spacious green-tiled bathroom, which stood out for its bold colour, impeccable design, and pristine cleanliness.
Staying true to the London theme, as we wandered the corridor to our room, sounds reminiscent of London rang out. Many rooms overlook the large, tranquil inner courtyard or the nearby church, providing a peaceful ambiance. Despite its proximity to vibrant city life, only a 15-minute walk from Stockholm’s Old Town, and with the Götgatan shopping street just a few streets away, entering the hotel feels like pure escapism.
Dining
NOFO's wine bar and dining space offer a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. It's the kind of place where you can unwind and relax with good food and wine. With friendly sommeliers at your service, they offer assistance to help you explore new wines, which can be paired with small plates or heartier options, perfect for sharing. And if you are looking to celebrate a special occasion, they have a unique vault perfect for private dining. During sunny days, the courtyard becomes the ideal spot to enjoy a glass of wine or alfresco dining.
