They have teamed up with Kate Austen winner of the Great British Menu. On the menu is a Short Rib and Stilton Pie, served with creamed mash potato, rosemary, salted carrots & buttered greens, an Isle of Mull Cheddar and Guinness Pie with caramelised onion and red wine gravy. From starters, mains and even desserts, every dish comes in the form of a pie. Gala pie with wholegrain mustard and Potato and cheddar Cornish pasty for starters. A main Stargazy pie with sardines, prawns, mackerel and bacon and Steak and London Pride pie with mashed potato, liquor and chilli vinegar. For a sweet finish, an Apple pie with olive oil ice cream and Rhubarb and custard. The restaurant is named after one of the owner’s beloved King Charles Spaniels. A light-flooded brasserie and bar space combines intimate booths with banquette seating a perfect spot for Pie Week.
